Absolute Building & Maintenance Ltd (ABM) is owned and operated by Richard and Pam Newey and has been operating since 2009, establishing a large client base of valued customers.
Richard has 30 years of industry experience including 19 years on the tools as a qualified tradesman and 8 years as a project manager.
Richard is a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) and holds a class 2 license. Fields range from heavy commercial construction and all aspects of maintenance to 'top end' housing.
ABM invests heavily in staff training, whether it be product knowledge and application, operation of specialist equipment, or Health & Safety.
ABM uses a wide range of sub trades, which in some cases we have had a relationship with for over 10 years. This ensures our ability to control the quality of workmanship and maintain our Health and Safety objectives.
In maintenance situations we use a camera extensively and try to highlight any other issues of concern to prevent high cost repairs in the future. We've found this also builds a valuable property picture portfolio for future use.
All staff are Site Safe and height trained, and many hold additional qualifications such as Confined Spaces and EWP.
ABM is a Sika Approved Contractor.
We are also New Zealand agents and approved applicators for Crommelin Fibroseal.
Our sister company FRC Ltd stocks and installs the FRP Fiberglass Dynaform shapes & grating systems which can be custom built to your requirements.
We are able to tackle most things we are asked to deal with in a personal yet professional manner.
