Sika showcase: Sika Approved Contractor, Absolute Building & Maintenance Ltd, was called in to inspect the old, failed, torch-on roofing membrane at 246 Queen Street, Auckland. SikaRoof MTC 22 system is a liquid applied waterproof membrane that gave the contractor (and building owner) the speed and convenience of applying the product over the top of the old membrane without having to remove it.
