ABM recently completed a major project refurbishing driveway and turn around for an apartment complex in Auckland city. The project involved sealing and re-surfacing an area of 1300m2, applying a hard-wearing, water-proofing system over the top of 128m3 of concrete screed.
Sika 350 N was applied over 156 with aggregate (primer coat), then Sika 375 was applied over the top of that. These are components of the Sika Car Park Deck System, the only BRANZ appraised car park deck system available in New Zealand.
Sika’s Car Park Deck System is a flexible polyurethane coating system that provides a crack-bridging, waterproof, wear surface for both exposed and protected car park and pedestrian decks.
